Two contemporary apartments designed for premium living experiences, set within a historic building carefully revived through an extensive transformation and restoration process. The project involved major interventions — from creating new sanitary layouts and redefining the interior flow, to restoring the original doors and windows and preserving the authentic herringbone wooden flooring.

The atmosphere balances heritage and contemporary design through warm tones, natural textures, elegant green and burgundy accents, wooden elements, and refined finishes that create an airy, cozy, and sophisticated ambiance. The hallways are enhanced with large-format textured tiles, bringing a fresh and modern character to the entire space.
